Shipping Days:

• Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to prevent weekend delays.
• Orders placed after 12 PM CST may ship the next business day.

Perishable Products:

• Items are shipped with insulated materials and ice packs/dry ice.
• Partial thawing is normal; refrigerate or freeze immediately.

Carrier Delays:

Kelz Kreative Kitchen is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or weather issues once carriers take possession.

Address Accuracy:

Customers must ensure correct shipping information. No refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses.

Refunds & Replacements:

No returns on perishable foods. Refunds only for wrong items or quality issues reported within 24 hours with photos.

Arrival Expectations:

• Items may arrive cold or partially frozen.
• Freeze or refrigerate immediately.
• Let dry ice evaporate safely; avoid direct contact.

General Heating Instructions:

• Gumbo/Soups: Thaw in refrigerator, heat on stovetop until simmering.
• Entrées: Reheat to 165°F internal temperature.
• Roll Instructions (Kreole, Zydeco & Signature Rolls):

Oven Method:

• Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes or until hot and slightly crisp.
• Do not refreeze once thawed.

Frying Method (From Frozen):

• Heat oil to 350°F.
• Fry rolls from frozen for 8–10 minutes.
• Rotate rolls while frying for even cooking.
• Cook until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Tracking:

Customers will receive tracking numbers and delivery updates.
